As a small team of Certified Practising Speech Pathologists and Accredited Practising Dietitians, we support people via the NDIS, Support At Home packages, and Aged Care homes.

Funding

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
The NDIS offers funding for people under the age of 65 years old living with significant and permanent disability.
We provide Speech Therapy and Dietitian services to both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

Home Care Packages
The Home Care Packages program provides individualised care and services for people over 65 years old with complex ageing related care needs.
We provide Speech Pathology and Dietetic home care services to eligible older people.

Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP)
Formerly known as an Enhanced Primary Care Plan, your GP can organise a Chronic Disease Management Plan for you or your dependent.
This plan offers a partial Medicare rebate for up to five allied health sessions within a 12 month period.
