During your first home care visit, our Speech Pathologist/Dietitian will obtain a detailed
case history and complete a clinical assessment.
We will then complete a comprehensive report within a 24-hour turnaround - because your care needs are our priority.
Ongoing Therapy
Following your assessment, your
Dietitian/Speech Pathologist may recommend ongoing support via Support At Home to ensure recommendations can be reviewed over time and remain suitable.
Speech therapy may be recommended on a regular basis to support swallowing and communication rehabilitation .
Support At Home Fees
